One of the most important differences between Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version is the variety of Pokémon that are exclusive to each game.
As you'll quickly learn, Pokémon will sometimes evolve. When they do, their appearance and statistics may change greatly. There are many ways to evolve Pokémon: some evolve by leveling up, some evolve when you use items on them, and some evolve when you trade them to a friend.
The three starter Pokémon, Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott, will evolve into Servine, Pignite, and Dewott when they reach a high enough level.
The two Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom are able to learn Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt, powerful moves in their own right.
Know the Combinations!
New to Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version are moves that create special effects when they're combined in battle.
